Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please adhere to the following guidelines when submitting an abstract.

Follow the sample format for preparing abstracts. Presenting Author's name should be in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. Please use Times New Roman throughout the abstract.

Title: Font — Times New Roman, 14pt, Bold.

Authors: Font — Times New Roman, 12pt. Presenting Author's name should be in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.

Address: Font — Times New Roman, 12pt. Include University/Organization and Address.

Body of Abstract: Font — Times New Roman, 12pt. Single Spaced. 250 words maximum.

MINIMUM DOCUMENT MARGINS: 1 inch on all edges.

Please e-mail the abstract to Amnon Kohen (Program Coordinator) as a Microsoft Word (97-2003) document. Please do not submit a pdf document or docx Word Document. The e-mail subject line should read: “MECC Abstract filename.doc”

Use your last name as the file name. (Examples: “MECC Abstract kohen.doc”)

The deadline for receipt of abstracts is September 4, 2008, 5:00 PM CT.

Please indicate in your e-mail whether you want your abstract to be considered for oral presentation.

If your abstract is selected for oral presentation, you will be notified shortly after September 4.
